Owners of compatible home standby generators can upgrade their existing Mobile Link Wi-Fi plan to the 4G LTE plan. If the generator currently has a Mobile Link Wi-Fi device, it will need to be upgraded to the 4G LTE device (part G0071690).

Activating the 4G LTE Plan
Contact Mobile Link Support (855-436-8439) with the LTE serial number and generator serial number.
Mobile Link Support will swap the device on the Mobile Link account and perform the subscription upgrade.
- Existing Mobile Link users with a paid Wi-Fi plan: The upgrade cost will factor in the current subscription to determine a pro-rated difference.
