Email notifications are sent on demand as events happen to your generator with the paid or active subscriptions. They can also be sent as a monthly summary report on the free WIFI subscription. All of your email notifications are set through your Mobile Link account. You may access this through the website or through the app. To change them access your account settings, and then choose notifications.
Below are the instructions for updating on the website.
STEPS ARE LISTED BELOW:
| STEP1: Open https://app.mobilelinkgen.com/ in a new tab or window.
Enter your email, and click NEXT.
STEP 2: Enter your password, click NEXT
If you haven't already done so, click the REMEMBER THIS DEVICE box and .If you have forgotten your password, you can RESET your password here.
|STEP 3: Click on the drop Down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner. Choose ACCOUNT SETTINGS|
|STEP 4: You will want to make sure your EMAIL alerts are set to ON. Then click the PENCIL to review the email notifications.|
|STEP 5: Click the small arrow next to EMAIL to reveal all the EMAIL NOTIFICATION options. You may review this list and turn on and off individual notifications. Once you choose something that will be the new setting, so no need to save.
Once finished you can close this window.
