There are several reasons why you may need to have a generator removed from your account.
If you are on a Dealer Managed Subscription, you will need to call the dealer to have the generator removed.
If you are not on a dealer managed subscription, you can remove the generator on your own. Once you remove the generator from the account you CANNOT add it back to the email you removed it from.
If you go to your account on https://app.mobilelinkgen.com/, and login. (This cannot be done through the Mobile App).
Once logged in click on the picture of your generator.
Then on the word subscription on the right hand side.
Then click on the words Manage Plan.
Scroll down and hit Cancel Remote Monitoring at the bottom of the page.
Then hit Yes, Cancel.
Choose your reason, of I have moved.
Once your reason is entered the confirm will turn orange.
Click Confirm.
