Sometimes we may make changes to home set up for example the network name or password. Once we have done a network change due to a variety of circumstances. You will need to reconnect the generator to WIFI (if you are using onboard Wi-Fi or the Wi-Fi/ethernet device). Once changes have been made, it won't be officially in an offline status until we haven't heard from it for a certain amount of time (onboard 3 hours (officially disconnected once it has been 48 hours) and Wi-Fi/ethernet (27 hours it is considered offline and 48 hours officially disconnected). You can still reconnect it before it hits these time frames, to ensure you are not losing connectivity. Below are some articles you may find helpful in resolving the connection issue.
