If you would like to permanently delete your Mobile Link account, you may now do so via a link in Account Settings. Please note, this is a permanent action, and you will not be able to get any status or maintenance history back after confirming this deletion. Also, as stated in our subscription agreement, there are no partial reimbursements for subscription cancellations.
If you are on a dealer-managed subscription; your dealer will still have visibility of your generator, however, you will no longer be able to access that generator. If you change your mind you will need to contact your dealer to re-enroll your generator under the new account. Also, as stated in our subscription agreement, there are no partial reimbursements for subscription cancellations.
Note: It is recommended to contact customer support first to help you, as this will not resolve things like connecting the generator for example. We can help you resolve the issue at hand without choosing a permanent action and losing the subscription.
