Mobile Link offers two separate applications that allow for the monitoring of connected generators remotely. These two applications, Mobile Link and Mobile Link FLEET are designed for the specific users that utilize them. These users are Homeowners or Businesses with less than 5-7 generators and Generac Service Dealers who are responsible for servicing hundreds or even thousands of Generac Home Standby Generators.
- Mobile Link is intended solely for homeowners or businesses with less than 5-7 generators
- Mobile Link FLEET is intended for Generac Service Dealers that manage countless generators
While the dealer-focused Mobile Link FLEET application allows dealers to remain informed about the status and performance of the generators the monitor, the application does not allow service dealers the ability to edit or modify information pertaining to a customer-owned Mobile Link Account. As a result, dealers do not have the ability to add or modify the notification settings that have or have not been selected by a homeowner or business as these are settings that only to account holder has the right to modify.
