Subscriptions that are set to automatically renew on the anniversary date. The credit card on file will be used for all Mobile Link Subscriptions you have. To update the subscription credit card, you will need to begin by logging into your mobile link account at www.mobilelinkgen.com, and then follow the steps below.
NOTE: Credit card management can only be done from the Mobile Link website, and can not be done through the Mobile Link app.
- Once you are logged into your Mobile Link account. Click on your generator (if you have multiple generators you only need to click on one of them to update the card). Keep in mind only ONE credit card will be used for all subscriptions.
- Click on the generator and then click on SUBSCRIPTION from the left-hand side of the website.
- Under the Payment Method you will see the current card associated with your account. You may keep this card, or update by clicking on the PENCIL icon.
- You may now update your credit card information in the popup window. Click Save and Close when finished.
- Verify the updated card reflects under the Payment Method.
