The cancellation options are determined by the type of Mobile Link subscription you might have. We are willing to work with you to retain you as our customer, if you have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Line for more assistance.
All Mobile Link subscribers are set to auto-renew on their plan's anniversary date. Cancellation will essentially break this auto-renewal plan.
- For Monthly Mobile Link subscriptions, you may cancel at any time, the cancellation will being at the next month your service begins. If you cancel in the middle of the month, there will be no refunds. We would end your service and not bill you for subsequent months.
- For Annual Mobile Link subscribers, you can cancel at any time. There is no refund offered and your subscription will remain active until the anniversary date but not automatically renewed.
Other options to canceling:
- I am moving and the new owner wants to setup their own account.
Mobile Link is a non transfer subscription. If you are moving, please logon to Mobile Link and choose SUBSCRIPTION> MANAGE PLAN> CANCEL REMOTE MONITORING, or you can feel free to contact our Customer Care Center for additional assistance.
If you are dealer managed, please contact your dealer to remove your generator from Fleet so the new owner can choose a monitor option. - Transitioning to dealer managed.
If you are moving from a consumer-managed subscription to a Dealer managed subscription we will handle the transition for you. No need to cancel at this time, you can let your dealer know you already have an active subscription and they can handle the transition for you!
