How do I Reconnect with Mobile Link?
If you received an email from Mobile Link stating your Mobile Link CDMA cellular device was suspended, this is due to the device being inactive for a long period of time in an account with a lapsed subscription. If your CDMA cellular device has been suspended for longer than 6 months it cannot be reactivated.
Can I replace my old CDMA with a new LTE device?
YES, this is the plan moving forward as the CDMA services through Verizon will be discontinued by Dec 31, 2022. Please refer to this article to order a new device or connect with your local dealer for more information.
Can I reactive my CDMA device?
In order to reactivate Mobile Link service, you must update your billing information and purchase a monthly subscription. Please logon to your Mobile Link Account https://app.mobilelinkgen.com and follow the prompts. Once complete, you must contact customer support and they will reactivate your Mobile Link device.
