Your password for Mobile Link can be changed from the ENTER PASSWORD page after you have entered your email, on the website. You will need to have access to your email. For security purposes a verification code will be set to you. It is best to have access to your email before you start since the codes do expire.
STEP 1: Browse to app.mobilelinkgen.com; enter your Mobile Link account email. Click NEXT |

STEP 4: Retrieve code from your email inbox, and place in space provided. click VERIFY CODE. Once your email has been verified, click CONTINUE.
NOTE: if your code expires, you have the option to send a new code. |

STEP 5: Enter in a new password. click CONTINUE.
NOTE: New password must be at least 8 character in length but can be any combination of letters, numbers or symbols. |

CONGRATULATIONS! Your password has been changed. You will now be redirected to logon with your new password. If you are logged into the app on your phone, please log out and logon with the new password as well. |
