Upgrading a subscription can only be done via the website (not the app).
- Login on https://app.mobilelinkgen.com
- Click on the box with your generator (or the orange arrow)
- Click on the subscription tab
4. Then click “upgrade plan”
5. You can now select the desired plan. if the desired plan is not highlighted/illuminated you will want to click in the box with the subscription it should then illuminate it then you can hit select.
6. Enter in your card information and verify the billing address for that specific card. Once everything is completed you can now hit "pay now"
- (mobile link ONLY accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express)
- Billing address MUST match the billing address attached to the card (card will be declined for AVS mismatch and/or not pass the verification of address attached to card once you click pay now)
