Generac has a business account with Verizon for all our cellular connectivity. The generator must be located in a Verizon service area for the LTE option to work. If you happen to not be in a good cellular location, we do have the WIFI or Tether WIFI options.
We recommend checking your cellular 4G coverage to ensure adequate coverage based on the generators site location. Here is a link the the Verizon coverage map : https://www.verizon.com/coverage-map/. You can alternatively contact Verizon to ask if there is coverage at your address.
