The Mobile Link app uses colors and icons to indicate the generator's status at a glance, without reading lengthy text descriptions. While notifications and detailed event descriptions are available within the features of Mobile Link, understanding the meaning of the different colors and icons is important for recognizing when there is a status that requires attention in a quick reference manner.

Ready to Run Status

The Ready to Run status is an indication that the generator is set to Automatic Response mode, and will automatically start in the event of a power outage. This status means the generator is "good to go."
Warning Status

The Warning status is an indication that the generator currently requires attention, however, this attention will not prevent the generator from running in the event of a power outage. Additional information about the active warning can be accessed through the status history page of Mobile Link and while the issue should be investigated and addressed as soon as possible, the generator should still be able to perform in a power outage as expected.
Ready to Run with an Active Warning Status

The Ready to Run with and Active Warning status is similar to the Warning status, however, it is shown after the generator has had any other run event and returned to the Automatic Response (Ready to Run) state without the Warning state being addressed. The Ready to Run with and Active Warning status is an indication that the generator currently requires attention, however, this attention will not prevent the generator from running in the event of a power outage. Additional information about the active warning can be accessed through the status history page of Mobile Link and while the issue should be investigated and addressed as soon as possible, the generator should still be able to perform in a power outage as expected.
Faulted Status

The Faulted status is an indication that the generator has encountered a status that will prevent the generator from automatically starting in the event of a power outage. This is a highly urgent status that should be investigated immediately as the generator will fail to operate in the event of an outage. Active Faults should be investigated by the homeowner or an authorized service dealer immediately.
Note: The Faulted status can also appear when the generator has been manually set to the Off position. This is because the Off position will also prevent the generator from running in the event of a power outage. Homeowners may wish to investigate if setting the generator to Auto mode is all that is required before contacting an authorized service dealer.
Exercising Status

The Exercising status is an indication that the generator is currently running in an Exercise Cycle. This normal and commonly scheduled event that the generator performs on the cadence that is desired by the homeowner. The Running status is an indication that the generator is currently running due to a utility loss or due to manual operation. This typically means that the generator is functioning as expected and the generator is generating power, supplying a home with electricity.
No Cellular Signal Status

The No Cellular Signal status is an indication that the generator is connected with a Cellular Accessory, however, the Cellular Accessory is not communicating with Mobile Link. This can be caused by poor cellular signal in the area of the generator, cellular interference, installation problems, or even hardware failure. Please contact Mobile Link Support or an Authorized Service dealer to investigate the connection interruption.
No Wi-Fi Signal Status

The No Wi-Fi Signal status is an indication that the generator is connected with Onboard Wi-Fi or a Wi-Fi/Ethernet Accessory through its Wi-Fi functionality, however, the Onboard Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi/Ethernet Accessory is not communicating with Mobile Link. This can be caused by poor Wi-Fi signal in the area of the generator, Wi-Fi interference, Wi-Fi Network changes, Internet Security Settings, or even hardware failure. Please attempt to reconnect the generator or contact Mobile Link Support for assistance in investigating the connection interruption.
