The SUBSCRIPTION section of Mobile Link is only available from the Mobile Link website - https://app.mobilelinkgen.com
This is by design actually, because there are conflicts with Apple and Android when it comes to credit card processing. We only allow subscription changes to be done through the web browser.
If you needs to change on the phone or tablet, use the browser on your device to open the website.
Steps to locate your subscription tab :
1. Login on https://app.mobilelinkgen.com
2. Click on the generator card/box or click on the orange arrow
3. Click on the subscription tab
4. Click on manage plan (if modifying the subscription itself) or click on the pencil by the card (if updating the credit card on file). Keep in mind if just an expiration date changes for example this is still considered a new card from the card company; mobile link does require to have the full card entered into the account when that change occurs.
