Owners have expressed interest in being able to update the Generator name and address, so we have made that possible through the Mobile Link website. Please note if your generator is dealer managed, you may want to consult your dealer before you make changes to your generator name.
IMPORTANT: This requires you to have an active Mobile Link account that you can successfully logon. If you do not have an account, you can sign up at https://app.mobilelinkgen.com and follow the setup procedures.
Follow the steps below to update your generator name and address!
- Logon to your Mobile Link account at https://app.mobilelinkgen.com.
- Your first image of your generator is the dashboard, click the generator to view the generator information.
- Click on the pencil next to the generator name; you will be able to update the generator name and address.
- You will now be able to update the name of the generator and the address.
- Click Update to confirm the changes.
Note: Generator Name and Address are required fields and may not be left blank. If you attempt to save an update with either of these fields blank, you will be advised that the update failed.
