Please just hit the Continue button.
B2C stands for Business-to-Consumer - This is the authorization the consumer initiates when you need to verify your email. This is a message saying that the system wants to use our Mobile Link Verification Server for your account.

Please proactively send this message out via email to your customer base. We have all been trained thoroughly in cyber attacks and how to prevent them. This pop-up on the app should be explained ahead of time. I'm glad I was not in the middle of an outage when I ran into this. Thank you.
