How To Connect a WIFI Tank Utility

You may have a WIFI tank utility device through Generac. Although we are not manufacturing these any longer we do support these devices still. You may need to do an initial connection (or a reconnection if you lost signal with your router). Below is a video as well as a set up guide to assist.

Step 1: Open up or download tank utility set up app

The icon you will see in the app store will look like the below image

Step 2 : Select your tank utility device serial number 

If you are unsure of the tank device number. This will be located on the back of the device

Step 3: Turn your monitor on and connect to your WIFI network

You will want to hold the horseshoe magnet over the activation pad for 2 seconds and remove once the middle light flashes purple
