Mobile Link Updates:
- Updated colors and menu options to make navigating around the app easier and more accessible!
- Updated font styles and sizes to create consistency throughout the app.
This article will include updates for:
Web
- Updated site navigation with labels.
- Made the apparatus card(s) on the dashboard smaller.
- Moved apparatus details menu to the left side of the screen and updated the colors.
- Removed Status History from the detailed apparatus card, it remains on the details menu.
Mobile:
- On a mobile device the “down arrow” that previously opened the menu on the dashboard page has been changed to a “hamburger” menu.
- Also on a mobile device, the “cog” menu on the apparatus details page has been replaced with a “hamburger” menu.
Web & Mobile:
- Updated all primary buttons to be blue and secondary buttons have a darker text with an orange border.

No Wi-Fi/Cellular Signal Notifications for your Generator
- If your generator loses connection to your Wi-Fi or Cellular service, you can now receive an in app or email notification. Click on the notification in app or Reconnect button on your email and follow the prompts to:
- Reconnect your generator or
- Snooze your notification for your specified time period
- Go to your notifications settings to turn this feature on!

Account Deletion Option
- If you would like to permanently delete your Mobile Link account, you may now do so via a link in Account Settings. Please note, this is a permanent action, and you will not be able to get any status or maintenance history back after confirming this deletion. Also, as stated in our subscription agreement, there are no partial reimbursements for subscription cancellations.

Hours of Protection updated if SNMP Missing
- If homeowner’s generator does not support the Hours of Protection SNMP, the hours of protection shown is calculated in the following way:
- Total Hours of Protection = Engine Hours SNMP (1.1.2.1.3) + Hours of Protection SNMP (1.1.1.3.15)
- If there is no value for hours of protection SNMP engine hours will be shown
- If homeowner’s generator does not support the Hours of Protection SNMP, the hours of protection shown is calculated in the following way:
Tank Utility:
- Tank Utility Threshold

- For a tank fuel monitor, the threshold can be set for a user to be notified when the level goes below a certain level. The levels allowed are now between 17-99%.

Separate gen/tank notifications:
- Under Notifications within Account Settings, if a Tank Monitor is present, we have delineated which notifications are for a generator vs a tank.
